Our Sales Policies

We take great care in ensuring our clients are aware of the many options available to them through our sales policies. 

1) REFUNDS: Clients can return a rug for a full refund for up to 10 days of the date of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your rug must be in the same/like new condition that you received it, no damage, no stains. If the rug is damaged or unsanitary you may be denied a return. Your refund will be issued in the same manner that payment was collected. Client would be responsible for the restocking fee of $250.00/cleaning fee $4.00-6.00 sq foot depending on the material of the rug.  

2) EXCHANGES: Clients may exchange an area rug with anything in stock for up to 60 days of the date of purchase. The exchange must be lower, or equal in value if higher in value the client would pay the difference. If lower in value than the original rug/s the balance would be issued as a store credit. Client would be responsible for the cleaning fee $4.00-6.00 sq foot depending on the material of the rug.

3) TRADES: If the client is trading in any existing fine rug(s) towards a purchase, the trade value will be evaluated and conveyed to the client at the time of purchase.***The client could be responsible for the cleaning/conditioning fee (depending on the condition of the rug) of $6.00 sq foot; this total would be deducted from the trade value.***

4) APPROVALS: In Arizona, all rugs that are left or taken on approval are property of Alyshaan Fine Rugs/Walk on art LLC. Rugs on approval are solely the client’s responsibility. Clients must return the approval rug(s) in the same/like new condition than they received it, no damage, no stains. If the rug is damaged or unsanitary you may be charged a cleaning fee of $4.00-6.00 sq foot depending on the material of the rug and or the full repair charge. 

Out of state: All rugs that are sent on approval are property of Alyshaan Fine Rugs/Walk on Art LLC. Clients must present a valid government issued ID and a corresponding credit card with the same name prior to rugs being shipped.In some cases at the sole discretion of the shipper, an authorization may be taken on the credit card for  the cost of the rugs being shipped. 

Clients must return the approval rug(s) in the same/like new condition than they received it, no damage, no stains. If the rug is damaged or unsanitary you may be charged a cleaning fee of $4.00-6.00 sq foot depending on the material of the rug and or the full repair charge. Alyshaan will pay for the shipping to the client, however it is the responsibility of the client to ship back the rug to Alyshaan Fine Rugs if the client does not purchase the rug/s approval.
