Our Sales Policies

Alyshaan Fine Rugs sales policies allow our customers to benefit not only during but also after their fine rugs purchase experience. We take great care in ensuring our customers are aware of the many options available to them through our sales policies. Read on to learn the refund, exchange, trade and approval policies pertaining to Alyshaan fine area rug sales.

1) REFUNDS: Client may return a fine area rug for a full refund for up to 10 days of the date of purchase. *

2) EXCHANGES: Client may exchange an area rug with anything in stock for up to 60 days of the date of purchase. *

3) TRADES: If the client is trading in any existing fine rug(s) towards a purchase, the trade value will be evaluated and conveyed to the client at the time of purchase.

4) APPROVALS: All handmade area rugs left on approval, or shipped to the client, are entirely the clients responsibility to keep in good order until bought or returned to our store. Any missing or damaged fine area rugs will be charged to the client. *The area rugs returned for exchange, refund, or approval, must be in the same condition as when they were delivered or shipped to the client; any damaged or missing fine area rugs will be the responsibility of the client.
